Consulting Services (legal, financial and accounting assistance)
If your association would like to establish or relocate to Prague, the Prague Association Centre provides basic assistance and consultancy of the necessary steps for establishing your association in the Czech Republic. The Prague Association Centre will also arrange/mediate other additional services, such as legal, financial, and accounting assistance. They can also help with the arrangement of the necessary qualified workforce who have the appropriate language skills.
Local Support and Cooperation with Partners
PAC will provide contact and reviews of local service providers, special offers, and discounts from PAC partners.
Our goal is to negotiate special and exclusive conditions with our partners which can be offered only to our members.
**For example: meeting rooms for board meetings fully equipped with AV technical equipment, accommodation in partner hotels for special rates and room upgrades, or priority check-in at the Vaclav Havel Airport Prague
The main PAC concept is to basically act as a ONE STOP place: the PAC will be the main and central contact for associations, guiding them in the right and most efficient way depending on their goals, connect them to the right people, and help them with any information in relation to setting up or hosting an organization here in Prague (such as financial or legal issues, congresses, promotion, office spaces, meetings facilities, living and working in Prague, etc.).
Connecting associations by providing the right contacts within industries, academic/educational institutions, and non-profit institutions
PAC will create a formal framework for association executives to meet, converse and exchange information. By sharing their experiences, expectations, and visions with key protagonists, associations will be able to learn and develop in a much more efficient and confident manner.
PR and Promotion
The members of the Prague Association Centre are offered promotion space at the designated place of their seat/business. This place can also be used for placing promotional roll-ups, leaflets and other promotional materials of the association.
Association Management Services – Association House
The purpose of Association Management Services/ Secretariat Services is to help your association grow.
Basic assistance and consultancy will be provided to our members free of charge.
The additional services and more complicated assistance will be offered to our members for a special rate.

A unique facility for exceptional events, congresses and corporate off-sites – O2 arena & „congress arena“
The O2 arena is one of the most modern multi-purpose halls in Europe with up to 18,000 seats. We host top class global events, from shows of pop stars like Madonna, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, Paul McCartney and many others through family shows to world sports tournaments, e.g. ice hockey world cups. From the most recent blockbusters, we hosted the inaugural tennis tournament Laver Cup. Besides the world’s best tennis players we welcomed visitors from five continents all over the world. Positive feedback from all the stakeholders including more than 400 representatives of international media was great. In addition to organizing public events, the O2 arena is an experienced and demanded provider for corporate events. It hosts variety of global meetings for up to 15,000 people per event.
Next to the O2 arena, we are completing a unique project of a congress centre. This unparalleled congress facility in Prague both in terms of capacity and state-of-the-art equipment and services is to be opened in the second quarter of 2019. It will accommodate up to 10 thousand guests in up to 24 halls and rooms, providing 13,000 m2 of the exhibition floor space.
For even larger events, the O2 arena itself can be incorporated, since it is functionally integrated with the congress facility. Then we will be able to provide our partners with the congress & exhibition facility for up to 25,000 guests in almost 50 halls and rooms and 18,000 m2 of exhibition floor space in total.
